Redzone Runner DX is a retro American football game for mobile. This isn't released yet.

I have been working on this game mostly as a solo-developer with Des helping me out with production.

My Contributions

Gameplay Programming & Systems

Designed and implemented core player controls
Developed all core gameplay loop mechanics
Implemented leaderboards within the game using LootLocker
Created debugging tools and testing procedures

UI/UX & User Experience

Implemented all UI components within the game
Implemented a FTUE (First Time User Experience) tutorial

Testing & Optimization

Conducted multiple mobile playtests with several people, and iterated based on feedback
Optimized game assets for better performance

Team Management & Coordination

Onboarded additional developers and assigned tasks for art and UI updates
Regularly synced with the team to make sure they were happy with their tasks
Organised and documented tasks and the project
